You are enough. You’re not too much. And I’m glad you’re here.

I know and understand the pain that deep-rooted beliefs can bring, sometimes triggered unexpectedly.

I bring both my clinical and lived experience, offering creative, collaborative, trauma-informed care, working primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and the Arts.

I’m interested in what causes your pain, discomfort, trauma responses, and coping mechanisms. And the powerful ways we can process your grief, rage, guilt, and array of emotions you may be experiencing. Together we can create your treatment plan, based on your struggles, goals, hopes, and preferences.

We can change, heal, learn, and grow.

We can let go and experience profound transformation.

We can find peace, joy, and empowered liberation.

Together we can identify and shift old survival patterns, ease anxiety as you gain clarity; build more self-trust and compassion.

Perhaps you're ready to set boundaries without guilt, heal yourself and relationships, feel more grounded, in control, and at home in your body.

Often my clients:

  • Feel stifled or silenced by perfectionism, self-doubt, trauma, lack of motivation or direction…

  • Hold the weight of the world, often at the expense of their own well-being…

  • Grew up in chaos or dysfunction and had to hide, numb, or find ways to survive complex trauma…

  • Struggle with identity, belonging, self-worth, feelings of “not enough” or “too much”…

  • Find life, relationships, or emotions unmanageable…

  • Want to reconnect with their true voice and authentic values…

  • Are curious about ways their personal and collective liberation are intertwined…

You’re not alone and I’m here to support your courageous work, it’s an honor. You are the expert of yourself, I’m here to safely guide and facilitate.
